Back On Track Together
What Have You Lost??
We get so caught up in what we have yet to lose that we lose focus of what we've already lost. One of our generous OH members, Bette B., gave me permission to post this on my personal blog so I'm also sharing here with you as well. (THANK YOU SO MUCH BETTE B.)
The next time you get hung up on how much more you want to lose, flip it and reframe it. (I've lost a bit more than an average adult woman that is 5'4" - considering I'm only 5'3" that is pretty aweso
me!!) Please share on this thread - WHAT HAVE YOU LOST?? Congratulate yourself on what you've lost already:

I have lost a 2 year old, a chihuahua, a human brain and a rack of baby back ribs.
I knew my brain was gone and my hubby keeps saying I can feel your ribs. As for the chihuahua it is at my sister's house. It likes to bite so maybe I should let her nibble on Thanksgiving.
No 2year olds in this household.

I love dogs but would not want to find that Irish Setter I lost. Last year I had lost a newborn calf but since I love beef I am happy with the loss of a heavy setter. Next year the horse.

I lost a 5000 BTU Air Conditioner and a dozen Krispy Kreame glazed donuts.
I'd like to lose another cinder block or mid-sized microwave.
